A 2-Day Workshop · 17–18 October 2026 · Lea Women’s Center
It sounds impossible. So scientists tested it.
In a peer-reviewed study published in the International Journal of Sexual Health (2025), neuroscientist Prof. James Pfaus wired Roni Erez to sensors in a Prague lab. In one five-minute session, instruments recorded 34 orgasmic peaks — climaxes arriving every 6 to 12 seconds — without any genital touch whatsoever. Her prolactin, the hormone released during orgasm, surged up to 40%.
The Danish science publication Videnskab.dk put it on their front page. An independent gynecologist reviewing the study called it “highly credible” and “inspiring.”
And here’s the part that matters for you: this is a learnable skill. Roni Erez has already taught it to over 2,000 women. In October, she’s teaching it here.
What is the Wave Method™?
A scientifically documented technique that trains a woman to reach orgasm — again and again — through breath, focus, and conscious control of her own pelvic-floor muscles. No hands. No partner. No pressure. Just you, learning to take full ownership of your own pleasure.
Over four guided sessions across two days, you’ll learn to move from “I struggle to get there” to “I decide when.”
What you’ll learn
How to awaken and control the muscles that create orgasm · breath and focus techniques that build waves of pleasure · how to reach climax without self-touch · how to become multi-orgasmic · and how to take lasting ownership of your body and your pleasure.
Who it’s for
Women who’ve never had an orgasm · women who find vaginal orgasm difficult · women who want far more pleasure and satisfaction · women with low libido · women navigating menopause · and any woman ready to discover what her body is actually capable of.
Meet Roni Erez
Orgasm instructor and creator of the Wave Method™, the technique now backed by peer-reviewed science. She calls herself multi-orgasmic and can reach 30–40 climaxes in 5–10 minutes with no touch, a claim she proved under laboratory conditions. She has taught thousands of women to unlock the same treasure inside themselves. Now it’s your turn.

FAQ:
Q: Will there be nudity or self-touch in front of others?
A: No. The workshop is held fully clothed. There is no nudity and no expectation to touch yourself in front of others. The practices focus on movement, breath, body awareness, and reconnecting with yourself in a safe and respectful environment
Q: Do I have to participate in everything?
A: Absolutely not. Your participation is always your choice. You are invited to move at your own pace, honor your personal boundaries, and decide how deeply you wish to engage in each practice.
Q: Will I be asked to do anything intimate?
A: The workshop explores feminine sexuality, pleasure, and embodiment, but it does not involve any sexual activity between participants. All practices are designed to deepen your connection with your own body while honoring your comfort, privacy, and personal boundaries.
Q: Will I have to share personal experiences with the group?
A: No. While there may be opportunities to share, sharing is always optional. You are welcome to speak if you wish, but there is never any pressure to disclose personal experiences.
Q: Will there be photos or videos during the workshop?
A: No. There will be no photos or video recordings during the workshop. Creating a safe, intimate, and private space is one of our highest priorities, allowing every woman to fully relax and be present in her own experience.
Q: What can I expect from the workshop?
A: The Wave Method workshop combines education about female sexuality with movement, breathwork, embodiment practices, guided meditations, and practical tools designed to help you reconnect with your body, pleasure, and feminine vitality in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. The heart of the workshop is an inner journey of self-discovery and connection. There is no "right" way to experience it—every woman is invited to take from the workshop what feels right for her, in her own way and at her own pace.
