Foundations of Ayurveda
A Practical Introduction to Holistic Health & Everyday Wellbeing
8-Week Course with Martyna
Every Wednesday | 11:00 AM–1:00 PM
Starting 14 October 2026
Course Introduction
Ayurveda is an ancient system of holistic health that teaches us to understand our bodies as unique, ever-changing ecosystems.
This 8-week introductory course offers a practical and accessible foundation in Ayurvedic principles, helping you understand your own constitution, recognise signs of imbalance, and make everyday choices that support greater health and wellbeing.
Whether you are:
a healthcare or wellness practitioner looking to broaden your perspective,
a yoga teacher, therapist or coach wishing to integrate holistic principles into your work,
or simply someone who wants to take a more active role in their health and better understand their body
This course will introduce you to the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda in a way that is relevant to modern everyday life.
Throughout the program, you will explore the Five Elements, the three Doshas, digestion, nutrition, herbs, daily routines, women's health and the Ayurvedic approach to prevention.
Each session combines essential theory with practical exercises, allowing you to immediately apply what you learn to yourself and your daily life.
Rather than simply learning about Ayurveda, you will develop a new way of observing your body, understanding its signals and making more informed choices through an Ayurvedic lens.
