Event Overview
Step into the radiant energy of the Summer Solstice and join a global celebration honoring the ancient wisdom of yoga and its birthplace, India.
This immersive gathering invites the community to come together for an afternoon and evening of yoga practice, philosophy, cultural exchange, and conscious connection. The Summer Solstice—the longest and most vibrant day of the year—symbolizes expansion, vitality, and the fullness of light, offering a powerful opportunity to deepen our connection with ourselves, one another, and the living tradition of yoga.
We are honored to welcome the High Commission of India as part of this meaningful celebration.
Experience
Participants are invited to explore a diverse range of yoga styles led by experienced guest teachers, creating an inclusive space for all levels.
The programme begins with two rounds of simultaneous yoga sessions and talks, allowing you to choose your preferred experience. These sessions go beyond physical practice, offering insight into yoga as a holistic path toward balance, awareness, and wellbeing.
Between sessions, guests are encouraged to rest, connect, and enjoy a warm, welcoming community atmosphere.
Open Yoga Programme: Donation-based (3:30 PM – 6:30 PM)
A handful of yoga sessions offered by a variety of prominent teachers in the Pafos area.

Raga Chikitsa is an ancient Indian healing modality using specific melodic structures (ragas) to influence emotional states, balance the nervous system, and restore inner harmony.
Featured Raga: Megh Malhar
Associated with serenity, devotion, and renewal, Megh Malhar aligns with the Vishuddha (throat) chakra—the center of communication and truth. Like cleansing rain, it is believed to dissolve emotional blockages, calm the mind, and support clarity, creativity, and authentic expression.
Summer Solstice Ecstatic Dance

A free-form movement journey celebrating vitality, expression, and life at its fullest. This closing experience invites you to move intuitively, release, and celebrate—honoring the transition from peak light into the softer rhythm of evening.
