Join us in celebrating the light of the solstice — honoring yoga’s roots while nurturing the global community it continues to inspire.

Participants are invited to explore a diverse range of yoga styles led by experienced guest teachers, offering an inclusive experience for all levels.

The programme begins with two rounds of simultaneous yoga sessions and talks, allowing participants to choose their preferred experience. These sessions encourage a deeper understanding of yoga beyond physical practice — as a holistic path toward balance, awareness, and wellbeing.

Between sessions, guests are invited to rest, connect, and enjoy a welcoming community space.

100% of donations collected will go to Yoga Gives Back, a global non-profit dedicated to empowering women and children in India to break the cycle of poverty. Through micro-loans, education, and community support programs, the organisation creates sustainable pathways to self-reliance and long-term well-being.

A handful of yoga sessions offered by a variety of prominent teachers in the Pafos area.

  • Welcoming into space 3:30-4:00 PM

  • 1st session: 4:00-5:00 PM

    • Alignment Yoga with Tylene Wood (Deck)

  • 2nd session:  5:30-6:30 PM

    • Yin Yoga with Melanie Sofer (Deck)
