A guided mentoring journey that supports women in exploring femininity, sexuality, body image, self-connection, mindfulness, and self-compassion through embodied practices.
Led by Ronit Basher Lazar — Emotional Mentor, Dance Movement Therapist (MAAT), Certified Sex Therapist, specialized in Women’s Psychology and Complex PTSD, trained in EMDR and SE. The one hour sessions offer an integrative mind–body–soul process that accompanies you as you navigate your personal path of feminine embodiment and inner growth.
A soulful healing modality where the wisdom of aromatic plants meets emotional transformation. In Emotional Aromatherapy we use therapeutic essential oils as allies to gently uncover and release the emotional imbalances that underlie stress, stagnant patterns, and inner conflict. This approach blends the power of scent with intention, visualization, and mindful awareness, enabling deeper emotional clarity, gentle release, and inner peace.
Emotions are rivers within us. To heal is to allow your emotions to move through you, and to trust their natural flow - like water carving its way through the earth, creating new paths and new possibilities. When we resist our emotions, they become stagnant. But when we allow them to move, to flow, they guide us towards healing, renewal and a deeper sense of inner harmony.
Available through personalised sessions that include tailored essential oil support and guided mindful practices such as declarations, visualisation, affirmations, and intention-setting, gently supporting and reinforcing your healing journey.
These one-on-one sessions are designed to help you understand the complexities of your movement patterns, posture, and habitual tendencies, and how they impact your overall well-being. Together, we explore mindful movement actions that support balance, resilience, and recovery from injury, chronic conditions, or disease.
Each session is a slow, attentive conversation—fully tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lived experience. We work with props, precise alignment, and therapeutic sequencing to create safety, clarity, and accessibility in the body.
Traditional practices such as breathwork and meditation are woven into the session to support nervous system regulation, awareness, and integration beyond the physical layer.
Honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit, this work touches all layers of being—physical, emotional, and energetic—to cultivate a strong and sustainable foundation for healing, self-trust, and embodied well-being.
These sessions are ideal for:
Injury recovery or rehabilitation support
Chronic pain or illness management
Stress, fatigue, or nervous system imbalance
Postural awareness and movement re-education
Those seeking a personalized, therapeutic yoga experience
Sessions are appropriate for all levels and bodies. No prior yoga experience is required.

Women’s Yoga Therapy is a nurturing and embodied path that supports women through the many phases and transitions of life — from adolescence to motherhood, from menopause to the wisdom of later years. Each stage carries its own challenges, invitations, and gifts, and this therapeutic approach offers a gentle space to meet them with awareness, compassion, and strength.
Rooted in a somatic and feminine understanding of the body, this practice invites women to reconnect with their innate life force — the creative Shakti energy that lives within every woman. Through mindful movement, breath, and embodied presence, we explore how to listen to the body’s signals, honor its changing needs, and move in harmony with our natural rhythms.
Women’s Yoga Therapy is not about performance or pushing — it is about remembering. Remembering the wisdom held in the womb, the heart, and the deep intelligence that lives within the feminine body.. Remembering how to soften, how to ground, how to adapt, and how to embody feminine energy with confidence and grace.
Each session is guided with sensitivity and care, offering support for physical tension, emotional transitions, hormonal changes, and the deeper desire to feel at home in one’s body — connected, balanced, and whole.
