We gather in a safe and sacred space to reconnect with one of the most powerful centers of feminine wisdom — the womb.

This is an invitation to journey inward with Kershia Ramlall, Breathwork Facilitator and Trauma-Informed Counsellor, through an evening of guided visualisation, breathwork, reflection, and healing.

Having transformed her own autoimmune challenges from pain into power, Kershia is devoted to exploring the profound connection between emotional trauma and physical wellbeing. Through her work, she creates nurturing spaces where women can reconnect to their inner magic, awaken their intuition, and cultivate deeper relationships with themselves and the world around them.
