We warmly invite you to the second gathering of Be in Your Nature — a social awareness project dedicated to honoring women's freedom in their bodies and celebrating the acceptance of every woman exactly as she is.
Join us on 21 June at 10:00 AM at LEA Women's Center, Tala, for a special multicultural morning picnic in celebration of the Summer Solstice, International Day of Yoga, International Wellness Day, and the longest day of the year.
Each woman is invited to bring a dish that reflects her nature — from her culture, her roots, and her kitchen — and join us for a morning of connection, sharing, and sisterhood.
As part of our gathering, we will also be collecting dry food donations, hygiene products, and monetary contributions to support a local shelter, SPAVO, serving survivors of domestic abuse. Every contribution, no matter how small, is deeply appreciated and helps create meaningful impact within our community.
We begin the gathering connection to nature through breath, movement, and sound with special guest facilitator, Anat Meira,
Personal Transformation Mentor, Retreat Leader and Chi Sound Facilitator.
Gathering Schedule
10:00 – 10:20 | Opening Circle
10:20 – 11:00 | Tai Chi & Sound Healing
11:00 – 12:00 | International Picnic & Community Connection
We will begin with a gentle welcome and introduction, followed by a nourishing Tai Chi and sound healing session. We will then come together to enjoy our shared picnic, meaningful conversations, cultural exchange, and a collective act of giving from the heart.
This gathering is an invitation to return home to your nature — to gather, connect, contribute, and simply be.
