This 4-session yoga therapy course invites you to embrace this journey with grace, compassion, and empowerment. Through gentle movement, breath, mudras, mantras, and meditation, you’ll discover tools to soothe your body, uplift your spirit, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

During our journey together you will:

• Learn gentle yoga practices to ease common symptoms such as hot flashes, anxiety, fatigue, and sleep disturbances.

• Learn breathing techniques and relaxation tools to calm the nervous system, to bring inner balance and emotional stability.

• Receive guided meditations for acceptance, renewal, and connection to feminine wisdom.

• Create simple lifestyle and self-care rituals to support this natural stage of life.

• Connect and share in a safe, supportive circle of women walking the same path.

Session 1 – Embracing the Transition: Grounding into Change

Session 2 – Cooling the Fire: Calming Heat & Irritability

Practical Focus: Tools for hot flashes, anxiety, and irritability.

Session 3 – Restoring Energy & Sleep: Renewal from Within

Sacred Journey Theme: Resting deeply and reclaiming vitality.

Practical Focus: Practices for better sleep and boost energy.

Session 4 – Stepping into Wholeness: The Wise Woman Within

Sacred Journey Theme: Stepping into wisdom, self-acceptance, and inner power.

Practical Focus: Heart-opening, integration, and creating personal rituals.
